Shaolin Burning is based on a true story when the Shaolin Temple is destroyed by Emperor Shunzi's army only five monks escape or so the legend goes but there was a sixth a sixth monk that starts a journey, a journey to destroy all Manchu kind.Deadly Plum Blossom starts her journey in a different way at the House Of Pugilists Fists were illegal Kung Fo fighting takes place but when the Killer Tongs come in it all changes they say that there friend Ma Te Fu Ken has gone.Deadly Plum Blossom leaves to go and find Ma Te Fu Ken but finds him in a village dead he hung himself because he could not find what he was looking for,he was looking for true power Deadly Plum Blossom then goes to find the monk that turned his back on every thing good and wonderful (the one I was talking about before) will Deadly Plum Blossom find the monk that turned his back on every thing good and wonderful???
This book is a very good book I give it 4/5 and recomend it to boys over year 6
