TERM 2 WEEK 9
- Our big focus is PrEP - Market day is on Friday. If anything needs to be completed/brought from home, do so by Thursday. Be sure to tell your family to come along and support all of your hard work!
- There may be more homework added, depending on how much Poetry work we get through in class.


Activity 1: Reading
- You are expected to read for at least 10 mins each night.
- Record your nightly reading in the back of your book.
- Remember to read a variety of genre (novels, newspapers, newsletters, internet articles etc)


Activity 2: Dragon Maths
Book 4 page 96 "Class surveys' and Page 99 'Stem and Leaf Graphs'
Book 5 page 95 'Collecting Data 2' and Page 98 'Data Display'


Activity 3: Poetry - Cinquains
Write your own noun cinquain poem. Follow the pattern:
1.     1 word title
2.    2 words to describe the title
3.    3 action words, or words describing the action
4.    4 word phrase describing emotion or feeling
5.    1 word, a synonym (same word meaning) for the title.
